Grammy-award winning musician (“Uptown Funk”) and producer Mark Ronson has just sold his cute contemporary beach house. Of course both Mark and his sisters, DJ Sam and designer Charlotte, are frequently seen in Montauk in the summer. The house, a beachy and yes, funky, four bedroom, sports 1,400 square feet and is set on 0.17 of an acre just a block from the ocean. There’s an enclosed deck for privacy and an outdoor shower.
The property, represented by Lynda Packard of Douglas Elliman, sold for $1.45 million. We hope the new owners insisted that the piano be included in the deal!
