It is available for the first time since 1972 when Manton purchased the house and the 0.45-acre property next door.
The 3,700-square-foot home and land is for sale with Douglas Elliman’s Marco (Aaron) Curti for $3.995 million. The house and property can also be bought separately.

The large, updated kitchen provides a dining area and sliding glass doors that lead to a deck that looks out over western exposures on the pond.

The property with the home plus the adjacent buildable lot would give new owners a combined 252 feet of frontage on the pond, as well as a dock.
Alternative pricing is $2.995 million for the house and the building lot is being offered separately at $995,000.
An open house will be held on Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m.
