Details: Hmmm. The most popular guess was $5.7 million, while the actual answer was the third. Does that mean this property is overpriced? It’s in a tony area of town; the house, while vintage, has been updated nicely. There’s a pool and pool house. The only real negative is the skimpy amount of land, a third of an acre. The property last sold in November 2015 for $4.2 million, but quite a lot of renovation has gone in since then.
