The residence from Bravo’s Summer House is now making headlines right alongside the show’s latest scandal. The house has been up for sale for $5.65 million, after TK seasons of the reality show.
Just as Season 10 of Summer House was wrapping up, more drama unfolded off camera with when Amanda Batula and West Wilson confirmed they are dating, shocking fans and castmates. For those not in the know, it’s a bit of a messy love triangle because Batula is close friends with Wilson’s former flame, Ciara Miller, and Batula is newly separated from Kyle Cooke, raising eyebrows through the Bravosphere.
All the hoopla surrounding the salacious romance has stirred up more interest in the house, where many are convinced the affair began.
Located at 2136 Deerfield Road, the 8,700-square-foot residence has hosted five seasons of the reality show, which follows a group of friends who escape to a Hamptons share for summer weekends.

Summer House premiered in 2016 when it was filmed inside a beach house on Napeague — though the premise was that it was Montauk. The following year, the Town of East Hampton denied Bravo a film permit since share houses are technically illegal in the town, so production packed up the show and moved it to Southampton Town.
The show filmed for a few seasons at 1451 Deerfield Road, a 6,500-square-foot home on a 5.2-acre parcel that is a little closer to Water Mill, before moving to 2136 Deerfield Road.
The gated, 4.3-acre estate, located in a wooded area between Sag Harbor and Water Mill, provides privacy and space for the cast to cost alcohol-fueled, themed parties around the freeform gunite pool, spa and adjacent bar by the pool house, so if you’re looking for a house set up for entertaining, this one is tried and tested. There is also a pool house with a sun deck and an out

Originally built in 2002, the home offers seven bedrooms and eight-and-a-half-baths. The listing touts “timeless architecture with elegant millwork, goregous hardwood floors and an effortless indoor-outdoor flow built for summer entertaining.”
The listing continues, “The bright living room opens directly to the rear patio, creating a seamless connection to the grounds and pool setting-ideal for relaxed afternoons and lively evenings with friends and loved ones,” the listing continues.
Thanks to a complete renovation in 2020, it features a gourmet kitchen and a movie theater, which is down in the lower level along with the home gym.
The primary suite offers tall ceilings, a private sitting room and French doors that lead out onto a patio. There is also a walk-in closet.
The finished lower level features the movie theater and a large gym.
Lastly, there is also a detached garage.
Saunders & Associates’ Alfredo Barreto did not immediately respond to questions beyond commenting that “it is a great house.”

Summer House on the Market
Filming continued despite the house selling five years ago. According to records, it changed hands in June of 2021, just before filming began on the sixth season, for $4.6 million. While it was reportedly under contract to be sold again in 2022, property records indicate no trade took place.
A Compass listing from 2022 notes there is potential for rental income of over $400,000. The home was listed for rent for $250,000 when it came off the market in March of that year, a month before the production company filed for a film permit with the Town of Southampton.
As much square footage as there is, the seven-bedroom, eight-and-a-half-bath house was not quite enough to accommodate all of the cast members.
Just days before filming began in the house for the 2022 summer season, Southampton Town officials realized there were more bedrooms than there were supposed to be.

“The Hamptons: Known for old money, also old laws,” Cooke said during the narration at the opener of that season. “Our house just so happens to be zoned for five bedrooms — not nine.”
The town issued code violations before filming began. The property owner and the production company quickly addressed the issues, reverting rooms back to their original intention. Bedrooms appear to have since been added in the years since.
Ryan J. Murphy, the Town Code Compliance & Emergency Management Administrator, has told Behind The Hedges there have not been any further problems since.
What’s To Come of Summer House?
The Summer House future remains to be seen. No filming permits have been filed for this summer, either at this house or elsewhere.
What is certain, the reunion show, taping soon, will be one to watch.
