Bay Street Theater confirmed on Friday that the theater will build a new, permanent home on a newly acquired property on Long Island Avenue in Sag Harbor Village.

The four-bedroom house at 12 Suffolk Street in Sag Harbor Village is a former manse of the Old Whalers Church with a rich history that dates back to about 1765 that has been embraced in its total renovation.

The call went out this week for jack-o’-lanterns in the hopes to bring a little Halloween spirit to the Annie Cooper Boyd House in Sag Harbor.
