A newly listed, turnkey home sitting on the bluffs offers some of the most spectacular ocean views in Montauk. The home is being offered at $24 million with Peter M. Turino of Brown Harris Stevens.

The modern home was designed by Anastasia Ratia, an interior designer, in 2018 with custom materials and superior technology. All while offering 125 feet of ocean frontage, accessible with a staircase down to the sandy beach.

The home sits on just over one acre behind a gate on a cul-de-sac is located between downtown Montauk and Shadmoor State Park. It offers six bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and two half baths, and ocean views from nearly every room.

The southern exposure is taken advantage of in every way, including the inclusion of solar power.

A deck leads to the spacious main entry foyer that opens to a large common living room and dining room and kitchen. Just beyond a fireplace on end of the common open space is a den, offering even more space.

Sliding glass doors pull back for a stunning view from its perch. A sundeck, made of reclaimed wood, runs the width of the home and is home to pièce de résistance —the ozone infinity edge pool with spa. A sitting area is located on the deck in front of the den.

As for the interiors of the home, reclaimed painted oak floors create a country ambiance, the listing states.

The kitchen offers a large center island and top-of-the-line appliances. A door leads to another smaller kitchen space with a closet pantry.

A bedroom with a full bathroom, two powders rooms, and a laundry room complete the first floor.

The second floor includes four ensuite bedrooms. The primary suite, a corner bedroom with views of the ocean, features a wood-burning fireplace, a spacious walk-in closet and a bathroom that includes double vanities, a steam shower, a freestanding tub, a water closet with a Tito toilet, and a heated towel rack.

The finished lower level boasts a theater, a wine closet, a playroom, a steam bath, a salt rock sauna, Barre studio and another laundry room. The playroom offers a sink, two refrigerators and an ice makers for extra convenience.

The home equipped with plenty of home technology, such as a Savant home automation system, Lutron lighting, Leviton shades, Sonos integrated surround sound and a security system.

The home also features geothermal heat and central air-conditioning, radiant heat, a central vacuum, and even an air-purification system. A generator is an added bonus.

The home also has an attached two-car garage, accessible from the first floor, while the grounds feature organic landscaping “with a secret pathway to the beach staircase,” the listing says. An outdoor shower can also be found around the side of the home.

Who else is running to check out the views this house has to offer?
