Yes, it’s time to do the Hamptons real estate shuffle again! James K. Peyton, who was part of the Avigdor team at Douglas Elliman, has joined Corcoran. Four years ago, after a 20-year career as an equity options market maker on the floor of the American Stock Exchange, James traded Wall Strett for the East End full time. He says, “A big thanks to Raphael Avigdor and Douglas Elliman for giving me my big break into the industry. Looking forward to big success in 2018.”
Joining Douglas Elliman in its Sag Harbor office is Debora Oppenheimer. A native of Argentina, Debora has more than ten years experience investing in real estate and developing property in New York City and the Hamptons, as well as working in the hedge fund and private equity business.
In her spare time, Debora is an avid potter, past board member of The Clay Art Guild of The Hamptons, as well as a yoga alliance-certified instructor.
