A number of choice properties in the Hamptons have sold recently: some took a surprising amount of time to sell; others were snapped up fast.

Last night was the fourth annual Privet Hedge Awards Dinner, held at the lovely and swanky Sebonack Golf Club, an affair hosted by Manhattan Media, publishers of Dan’s Papers, AVENUE, AVENUE on the Beach, and Behind the Hedges.
