A new Hampton Bays eatery named Barona Bay opened in Salvatore’s former location on Montauk Highway in mid-March.

East Hampton’s iconic Maidstone Hotel was sold in an off-market deal, facilitated by the Cerio Natter Team at Brown Harris Stevens, this week.
