Walk off all that turkey and stuffing during the East Hampton Historical Society’s 2021 House & Garden Tour on the Saturday after Thanksgiving.

A dedication ceremony for the model was held there on Saturday, October 23, putting a cap on the village’s centennial celebration, which was held a year late due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The restaurant led the charge in organic, clean eating when it opened in 1995 and was a favorite to many, including Paul McCartney and Bill Clinton.

Renovated in recent years, the home at 44 Buell Lane still offers classic village charm with all the modern creature comforts buyers expect.

Martha Stewart revealed back in June that she was parting ways with her home on East Hampton Village’s famed Lily Pond Lane, but now we know for just how much.

“I’m so happy that the property is going from one fashionable Jackie to another, so to speak,” says Kathy Zappola of Compass who helped designer Jackie Astier find the unique East Hampton property.

Two separate parcels near Georgica Pond traded—the 6.8-acre parcel with the residence sold for $75 million while the vacant adjacent 1.63-acre property went for $10 million, according to Suffolk County deed transfers.

After a one year hiatus due to COVID, the East Hampton Historical Society will once again hold the show on the grounds of Mulford Farm this weekend.
