One of the prime commercial locations in the Village of East Hampton could soon be home to a new retailer now that it’s changed hands.

The East Hampton Historical Society’s annual winter lecture series kicks off on Friday, January 28, with a focus on the Moran Studio.

After just one month on the market, an architectural stunner still under construction in East Hampton Village found a buyer. The mid-build sale is emblematic of a growing trend, experts say.

Walk off all that turkey and stuffing during the East Hampton Historical Society’s 2021 House & Garden Tour on the Saturday after Thanksgiving.

A dedication ceremony for the model was held there on Saturday, October 23, putting a cap on the village’s centennial celebration, which was held a year late due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The restaurant led the charge in organic, clean eating when it opened in 1995 and was a favorite to many, including Paul McCartney and Bill Clinton.

Renovated in recent years, the home at 44 Buell Lane still offers classic village charm with all the modern creature comforts buyers expect.

Martha Stewart revealed back in June that she was parting ways with her home on East Hampton Village’s famed Lily Pond Lane, but now we know for just how much.

“I’m so happy that the property is going from one fashionable Jackie to another, so to speak,” says Kathy Zappola of Compass who helped designer Jackie Astier find the unique East Hampton property.

Not many homes in East Hampton offer the same proximity to the village and quaint interiors as 84 Gould Street.
