Bidding wars are becoming commonplace as the demand continues to soar, while inventory on the East End dips. Celebrity personal trainer Holly Rilinger and her partner got lucky.

New to the market, a four-estate property off Bull Path in East Hampton is among those with an open house this weekend.

The bayfront property went on the market in October for $3.25 million.
