Bay Street Theater confirmed on Friday that the theater will build a new, permanent home on a newly acquired property on Long Island Avenue in Sag Harbor Village.

Over on the North Fork, a rare one-acre, waterfront house in Cutchogue also has sweeping vineyard views.

Once completed, all 37 luxury townhomes located along the east side of the Shinnecock Canal will be exclusively for lease.
