East Hampton’s iconic Maidstone Hotel was sold in an off-market deal, facilitated by the Cerio Natter Team at Brown Harris Stevens, this week.

The 8,700-square-foot building situated prominently on a Southampton Village corner is asking $7.9 million or $400,000 a year for the lease.
