Hamptons powerhouse builder Joe Farrell has finally sold his Bridgehampton home, dubbed Sandcastle, an estate once rented by Jay-Z and Beyoncé.

This unique compound surrounded by agricultural reserve farmland and riding fields in Bridgehampton has just been listed to the tune of $4.75 million.
