What’s your most treasured possession?
My photographs of an ever-changing East End—its beauty, nature and architecture. And my memories, which no one can ever take away.
What would we never see in your house?
Black paint!
Where are you from originally? What brought you to the Hamptons?
I’m a Brooklyn boy. My older sister bought me to the beach one day and I basically never went home. Before I was an agent, I worked in the hospitality business.
Why should anyone use you as a broker?
My strength is experience for over 30 years on the East End and 15 years of being a Realtor in Florida with no blemishes. Any mistakes I’ve made, time has straightened them out.
What’s a mistake many people make when buying a home?
Not following their heart.
What’s a mistake many people make selling a home?
Not letting go when the time is right.
What’s the one thing that laypeople don’t understand about real estate?
It’s ever changing market—that’s why you need an experienced professional to give you the right direction.
What are you most proud of regarding your real estate career?
The longevity of it. The time has flown by with no hiccups. I like to say that every day is a new day every time you pick up the phone or make the call yourself.
