A mid-century modern house has a traditional façade that creates an element of surprise, according to the listing for 16 East Harbor Drive on North Haven, which sits directly on the water overlooking Sag Harbor Bay. The asking price: $9,999,500. The 4,252-square-foot home has a “modern sensibility,” the agents say. Walls of glass on the waterside afford incredible views of historic Sag Harbor Village across the bay, as well as the nearby yachts.
