This property was first listed back in April of 2014 asking $2.5 million. Look, we understand that the owner is probably an interior designer who thinks his taste is way superior to anyone else’s. And yes, art isn’t always about pretty pictures. But the interiors here are just too quirky and individual to appeal to most people. If any property on the market today is crying out for a stager, it’s this one. It could be stunning once it’s de-weirded and softened. We might also add that the price is now higher, at $3.35 million, than it was 3.5 years ago.
