This oceanfront modern home is a recent design by New York-based COOKFOX Architects and built by Reinhardt O’Brien Construction, best known for the Houses at Sagaponac. It’s available for $250K for the summer from Lauren A. Battista at Brown Harris Stevens.

Nestled in the dunes, the home features mahogany decking facing the ocean, along with a hot tub. Inside, find an  open living room with fireplace, kitchen from Henrybuilt of Soho, great room with dining and living area, media room, five bedrooms, four and one-half bathrooms and both a dry and a steam sauna.

But the best part is out back. The Pearlroth House, also known as the Double Diamond House, designed by starchitect Andrew Geller in 1958, is one of the most iconic beach houses in the Hamptons. It was moved back on the dune and restored a couple of years ago. Owner Jonathan Pearlroth, the son of the original owners, wanted a larger house for his family, so the Double Diamond house is now about 40 feet away from its original site, flanking the saltwater pool. It makes for a rockstar entertaining space with a kitchen, bath, living room and several lounging spaces.
