How About a Flipped Compound in East Hampton for $2.6 Million?

flipped compound

Here’s an interesting property: a renovated, four bedroom 4.5 bath farmhouse with 1,850 square feet of space. Not enough? There’s also a legal two-bedroom, two-bath guest cottage.

Still not enough? There’s also a 3100 square foot garage building with a huge loft. This is all set on 0.44 of an acre not too far from the village. There’s probably room for a lap pool if desired, although this would also make for an attractive investment property.

The property was sold as-is a year ago for $1.03 million.

Now, all fixed up, the property, repped by Christopher Stewart at Douglas Elliman, is asking $2.6 million. We think that’s a little high, even though obviously plenty of work went into the renovation, because the location isn’t that wonderful. What say you? Let us know in the comments.
