It’s oddly shaped. It features glass blocks, curved walls, curved windows, and slanty siding. And it’s PINK.
Indoors, you’ll find more pink (very pink),
a “Eurostyle” kitchen,
ceiling fans, and vertical blinds.
More vertical blinds.
Quite a lot of vertical blinds.
But hell, someone must like it, because as Curbed pointed out, after only two months it’s in contract at $1.849 million. Kudos to listing agents Constance Porto, Anne Marie Francavilla, and Carol Pugliese at Elliman.
More to the point, probably someone liked the bayfront plot on half an acre with gorgeous views. We assume the house itself will be making its journey into the light fairly soon. We’ll see what happens.
