Donald Trump Jr. and his girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle sold their Bridgehampton home in an off-the-market transaction through Nest Seekers and made a handsome profit and set a record for the street in the process.

If the conviction is upheld, Nicolas Sarkozy can request to serve the rest of his sentence under house confinement. While we are sure his home is, shall we say, c’est magnifique, we wonder how it compares to his half-brother’s home right here in the Hamptons.

The eight-bedroom, eight-and-a-half-bath house was built by M & M Custom Homes, one of the top Bridgehampton home builders, in 2017.

The two-story home is close to the Southampton Village’s shops and restaurants, and offers plenty of space with six bedrooms, plus a carriage house with an apartment above it.

One look at this newly listed 7,900-square-foot home and its property may make you think you are in the south of France instead of in the woods in Bridgehampton.
