From Pulitzer-Prize winner John Steinbeck’s former Sag Harbor home being listed for nearly $18 million to a new organizational business in the Hamptons, read the top stories of the week.

Another newly-built home in Bridgehampton also recently went into contract, this one at 114 Rose Way. The 15,500-square-foot house, situated on 1.56 acres with ocean and pond views, was asking $19.5 million.

The property at 150 First Neck Lane, in the heart of the estate section, sold on Friday, February 21. Listed with Douglas Elliman’s Michaela Keszler, the last asking was $11.95 million.

This weekend, have a look at what is available on the South Fork real estate market, starting with a waterfront home in Westhampton, asking $3.25 million. 

The eight-bedroom, eight-and-a-half-bath house was built by M & M Custom Homes, one of the top Bridgehampton home builders, in 2017.

A bayfront home in Jamesport comes with its own spit of sandy beach and a mooring in the Peconic Bay. The property at 13 Williamson Lane is asking $995,000.
