What’s moving on the Hamptons sales market, from an equestrian estate in East Hampton to oceanfront property in Amagansett.

Mala Sander, the go-to agent in the Sag Harbor area, has led her team to #1 at Corcoran’s on the East End in ’21, in sales volume and transactions.

The Sag Harbor home is listed at $3.995 million, as well as being offered for summer rental at $150,000 for July through Labor Day.

A Sag Harbor home on the National Register of Historic Places sold for $12 million, a half-million over the original asking price, earlier this year. 

Among the Hamptons’ open houses this weekend is an opportunity to see a newly remodeled home in Noyac’s Pine Neck, listed for $1.295 million.
