Southampton Town received a prestigious award for modernizing the heating and ventilation system (HVAC) at the nearly 100-year-old Town Hall. 

The 8,700-square-foot building situated prominently on a Southampton Village corner is asking $7.9 million or $400,000 a year for the lease.

A soon-to-be-completed traditional house, part of the prestigious Fordune community in Water Mill that comes with ocean access, is asking $27 million.
