‘Hercules’ Kevin Sorbo Puts Former Party Pad on the Market

Remember those halcyon days of 2014? Sure you do! That’s when the buzzkills at Southampton Town shut down the “Stadiumred Estate,” described by the Stadiumred company as “The ultimate lifestyle property, The Stadiumred Estate is a pop-up event series in the Hamptons where where luxury brands acquire an organic synergy with an influencer audience for unique exposure.” Gosh, we miss being able to synergize with luxury brands, don’t you?

The house, rented at a cost of $275K per summer, belonged to “Hercules” actor Kevin Sorbo, who said he never allowed his house to be used as a party house (or lifestyle property). And now he’s put the house on the market. It’s a massive 12,500 square feet, with eight bedrooms and 12.5 baths. Set on 5.27 acres in Bridgehampton north, the property overlooks a pretty pond and of course boasts a pool. The house itself includes a home theater, gym, games room, all the usual accoutrements of a large Hamptons home. No tennis court, but there should be plenty of room for one.

Asking price for the property, represented by Gary DePersia and Danielle Wilson at Corcoran, is $6.5 million, which we think is pretty fair. The house is attractive and in good shape, it’s huge and there’s plenty of land. Anyone looking for their next lifestyle property could definitely do much worse.
