Wainscott Inn, a nearly seven-acre site technically in Sagaponack, has been sold for $12.3 million in a deal that closed earlier summer.

The Sag Harbor restaurant property, once Bay Buyer and most recently home to Ed’s Lobster House, has been sold to the Goldberg family.
