The property at 150 First Neck Lane, in the heart of the estate section, sold on Friday, February 21. Listed with Douglas Elliman’s Michaela Keszler, the last asking was $11.95 million.

The two-story home is close to the Southampton Village’s shops and restaurants, and offers plenty of space with six bedrooms, plus a carriage house with an apartment above it.
