A highly visible restaurant space in East Hampton Village that was once home to the much-loved Nichol’s restaurant is asking $2.5 million.

East on Main, a highly-visible restaurant in Mattituck on the North Fork, is asking $325,000 for the business, located on Main Road.

A Hampton Bays restaurant and marina sold earlier this summer in an off-market deal for $6 million.

The legendary Boardy Barn in Hampton Bays sold back in May, and while the sale made news, details of the sale have been scarce.

North Fork’s popular Legends Restaurant and its adjacent cottages are on the market for the first time in decades. The asking price: $4.25 million.
