Athleta, a performance and lifestyle brand for women and girls, has opened its first store in the Hamptons at the Bridgehampton Commons.

Hal Zwick and Jeff Sztorc of Compass Commercial announced this week that the iconic Brent’s General Store in Amagansett sold this summer.

A highly visible restaurant space in East Hampton Village that was once home to the much-loved Nichol’s restaurant is asking $2.5 million.
