A Dune Road oceanfront estate in Quogue sold for $16.65 million after just 30 days on the market, highlighting the high demand for prime coastal real estate, says listing agent Enzo Morabito of Douglas Elliman.

Transactions for “La Dune,” which went to auction in January, came through Suffolk County deed transfers this week.

The family-owned Sands Motel in Montauk went on the market last summer for $28 million, before it was scooped up by a hospitality group.
