A condo in The Bristol in West Palm Beach has sold for $21 million — $9.2 million more than what it traded for just four years ago.

Lloyd and Barbara Macklowe, founders of the Macklowe Gallery, sold their East Hampton estate to neighbor, Hard Rock Cafe’s Peter Morton.
