Architect and art collector Peter Marino announced his plans to house his new Peter Marino Art Foundation at the Rogers Memorial Library.
“Balcastle” was built circa 1910 by Edward Elliston, Jr., whose wife, Emma Rose, has the eponymous park in North Sea.
The old houses in Westhampton Beach’s estate section are so gracious and elegant. We’re not sure how old this place is, but surely it blends in nicely with the others.
